Encore

The response to my In Da Dome rap has been phenomenal. I've been recieving e-mails, faxes, phone calls, you name it. I've even had crazy fans show up at my doorstep hoping to get an autograph.

With all of this success, thus far, how could I not do another song.

Rootin For

Like pretty much everyone else in Calgary I'm rootin for the Calgary Flames in the NHL playoffs. To show my support I decided to do a rap. Thought I would share it with everyone. Let me know what you think.

Getting Old

I've never really been one to worry about getting older or anything like that; I passed 30 without so much as a flinch, but today I saw something that made me feel older than I've ever felt before...

...the 20th Anniversary edition of Police Academy. Could that really have been 20 years ago? 20 years of Tackleberry, Mahoney, Sweetchuck & the rest? Good god, now I feel old.

This is second only to the time that some teenager in my local Starbucks overheard me saying that I was seven years old when Star Wars came out, and he asked "which Star Wars?". Umm...Star Wars, ya lil' Ewok-lovin' whippersnapper. Mahoney out.

Men

You ever notice how men, no matter what the setting, when they need to void their bladder will get up and announce: "Excuse me, I gotta take a piss"?

No matter the level of education, no matter the breeding, no matter their position, they can't stop the words 'I gotta take a piss' from escaping their lips. It seems to be the first phrase that Cro-Magnon man learned when he was transitioning from his Neanderthal existence. Yep, 'I gotta take a piss' seems to be hard-wired in our reptilian brain.

I'm told that even the Pope will suddenly stand up in the middle of a meeting with the bishops, cross himself and in Latin say, "Iay ottagay aketay isspay."
